This Tudor Revival Historic Hotel in downtown Lake Forest was originally built in 1929.  Our firm created a comprehensive expansion and rehabilitation plan for the inn, including a banquet hall addition and reconfiguration of the existing space to complement the original English Country Manor architecture.  This charming venue continues to receive national awards and their catering facility is in high demand for social events, charity functions and weddings.

Our firm also designed a new three-story adjacent 12-unit condominium project to harmonize with the historic inn. Additionally, the outdoor garden courtyard was revitalized so residents and guests can enjoy nature in all seasons. These additions and upgrades pay tribute to this respected institution. It remains a beloved addition to this community, which is dedicated to historic architecture and preservation.
