When this small, farming town began to reinvent itself as a bustling commuter suburb, our client saw an opportunity to develop a new bank branch.  The desire was for this new building design to create a familiar haven amidst a flurry of new retail expansion.  Therefore, we designed the site layout and oriented the structure to maximize its visibility and stature along the heavily trafficked highway.

Taking cues from historic buildings in the immediate area and selecting materials such as Old McHenry brick, the new commercial property attracts new customers who had lived in the area for generations.  New families who relocated to McHenry also embraced the new bank because it now conveys a strong financial image of stability and permanence.
