We transformed this 120-year-old riverfront Victorian home into a modern family retreat, complete with a riverside pool and outdoor entertainment area, while preserving its historic character and charm. We not only updated finishes and mechanicals, but reimagined each floor's layout to accommodate modern day living. By relocating the kitchen, creating a functional entry, reconfiguring the second floor and the basement, we’ve created a family friendly haven for this family and their next generation.
