Surrounded by forested land, this newly built lakefront home is settled on a clear overlook of Lake Champlain in Vermont. Designed in a vernacular style of architecture, it pays homage to our clients' ancestral historic home that had sadly burned to the ground. We were honored to assist them with their endeavor to rebuild their cherished family treasure. Our clients are thrilled that their new residence's layout is more family-friendly and takes full advantage of its beautiful setting and dramatic lake views.
