Historic Theater Estate-Renovation
When our clients purchased their most recent home, they knew they acquired an unusual project. Designed by renowned architect David Adler, this structure was part of the Albert Lasker Estate built in the late 1920's. What was once the original estate's movie theater had been awkwardly converted for residential use. The overall feeling of the property was dark, dated, underwhelming. Our collective goal was to rejuvenate the interiors and add character to the structural facade. Our clients are thrilled to now reside in this repurposed historic property with a daily reminder of the “Adler inspired” livingstyle.
