Located on the shores of Green Lake, Wisconsin, we transformed this outdated property into a true lakefront retreat.  It was unusual to find two adjacent cottages on one parcel of land (main house & guest cottage) as well as a large garage barn. We immediately saw the potential of these dilapidated structures as a winning asset and supported the notion of rehabilitation. Through careful building research and classic lake-house design, the warmth of these renovated homes have now been returned to their charming and original structures.
