This sleek, minimalist beachfront condo is a true get-away. The extensive renovations combined two ocean-facing units into one residence - offering north, east and south views. Thoughtful consideration was taken to create an organized plan (within restraints of the existing structure, mechanical, plumbing runs), as well as maximizing the natural light. One of the main goals was to open the entry to expose a clear ocean view- creating a direct vista through the space. The galley kitchen was redesigned to connect the living spaces, with a dining island for casual seating. Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms now comfortably allow for extended family visits.
