The original open-air front porch of this home was hardly utilized. Our client wanted a space that served as an oasis from their busy lives. Therefore, we turned this front porch into a warm, enclosed sunroom that can be enjoyed all year. Our focus was to create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Working with the original arches of the home, we incorporated custom arched windows to bring in natural light and display views to the neighborhood park across the way. Maintaining the exposed exterior stucco creates the feeling of being outside, while being protected from the elements.
